Cooperation with the Social care center for children with disabilities «Yuzhnoe Butovo»

For over three years Social care center for children with disabilities «Yuzhnoye Butovo» works with children rending them possibility to communicate and acquiring necessary everyday skills. The center’s aim is to help children with special needs in their social integration. There are children with an ample range of diagnoses aged from 0 to 18. They all recieve social support as well as therapeutic treatment.

Moscow House of Photography has proposed a cooperation program to the Center. We have held charity fundraising auction and thanks to our friends and donators equipped classes for photography lessons in the Center. Children have received 10 digital cameras and well known russian photographers agreed to teach children photography. About 10 children attend our regular classes of photography. Also we have organized a series of workshops, visits to the museums and exhibition halls.
